I typically wait until the end of the course to provide a rating, this course is so informative that I believe- even at my 40% completion- that this deserves 10 stars. Highly recommend, the instructor does a great job of using real-world examples, and it is easy to follow.

I'm only about 40 minutes in and the course has already paid for itself many times over. The provided excel template allows you to compare and value real estate in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take. Even if you do not have the patience to get through a long course, the template alone will be an asset as you set out on your real estate journey
